New Electoral Roll

Under the Church Representation Rules a new roll is to be prepared every six years and it is the responsibility of the Parochial          Church Council (PCC) to prepare the new roll and maintain it. Everyone on the existing roll, who wishes to be on the new roll, needs to complete a new application form.

Qualification criteria are set down, not by the PCC, but by the Church of England under the Church Representation Rules. If you wish to be on the new roll and meet the criteria which is set out on the application form, please then complete and sign the form and return it by 31st January 2019 at the latest to church or to the Electoral Roll Officer, Carol Barton. 01254 813480 (e-mail carolparkfarm@gmail.com).

Only those on the electoral roll are permitted to vote at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting. For matters of Baptisms, Confirmation, Weddings and Funerals as long as the person or family has a connection with the church, then this is sufficient for such matters.
